Please fill out this form with all the details you have. We can help as much or as little as you want with your planning! We have experience with timelines and will guide you to match your vision and save time.

For weddings outside of Cincinnati/NKY there will be a mileage fee and potential lodging fee.

Are you interested in getting ready photos?

approx 2-3 hours of getting ready photos prior to ceremony and or first look photos, Mom zipping up dress or tying ties, details of accessories, rings, invites, etc.

Would you like a private first look with each other prior to the ceremony as a couple?

First look is a private moment with the couple to see each other before the ceremony. This is also for those wanting to have all photos done prior to ceremony. If you don't want a first look, you will wait to see each other for the first time down the aisle.

First look with any parents, siblings, kids, etc? If yes, please let us know who you would like to have a first look with.

Dad's first look, sibling first look, children, etc. No pressure if this doesn't mesh with your family system, we can make the day and moments that fit you best.

What location will you both be getting ready at?

If you are unsure, we will plan for location to be within 30 minutes of venue or photo location and plan to depart from each location accordingly.

Please describe what kind of ceremony you will be having.

Traditional, LGBTQ, elopement, Catholic, Greek, Jewish, Indian, Punjabi, destination, multiple ceremonies, Multiple day ceremonies, or any other details you feel we should know that pertain to your event!

What time is your Ceremony?

If you do not know yet, please give us a rough time frame. This helps us build your timeline.

Please provide Ceremony Venue Name and Address.

For destination weddings, there will be an additional fee for travel and lodging depending on your details and expectations.

What time is your Reception?

This does NOT include the cocktail hour, this is what time will you be introduced into your reception formally.

Will there be a cocktail hour? If so, what time?

Please let us know if cocktail hour may be cut in half.

Would you like to be present at the cocktail hour?

Typically, one photographer will be covering cocktail hour while the other is taking family photos with the newlyweds. No right or wrong here. Simply up to you and timing.

How many total people in your bridal party?

How many bridesmaids? How many Groomsmen?

Please tell us a little about you both and your photographic style and preference.

We have a great mix of candid and editorial styles. Let us know your preference of style.

What experience are you hoping to have with your photographer?

What other information do you feel we need to know when capturing your special day? Feel free to be as detailed and specific as you please. We LOVE details!

This is a good time to let us know wedding color schemes, themes, vibes, your vision, if there will be wardrobe changes, special dancing, you plan on shortening your dances, and anything you think is important!

Will you be doing a send off at the end of the night?

Sometimes these happen before the night ends just for the photo opp OR some do an actual send off and leave the venue at the end of the reception. Please know this may add additional time to your contract.

Do you have weeknight availability for photo shoots? What are your work schedules?

Sessions will typically be booked around sunset and golden hour times. 7pm during spring and summer, between 4:30 & 6 leading into fall, and between 4 and 5pm in the late fall and winter.

What is your availability like during the week 1-2 months out from the wedding? When booking, we want to schedule your final details call.

Are you both 9-5'ers? Do you need after 5 or 6pm? Let us know and we can be flexible!

Are you interested in Videography? If so, what is your videography budget?

We will be offering videography and photo packages.

For weddings, sometimes we cant always plan for moody sunsets due to first looks, weather, or timing of ceremonies. Engagements give us more control over the time of day that we would like to shoot. We are known for our rich and moody style, so if you prefer a lighter approach and style, let us know!
